The kind made in home kitchens across Kerala\, Tamil Nadu\, and Andhra Pradesh.\n \nMachi cooks with the spices\, techniques\, and recipes that have been in their families for generations. Kerala beef fry slow-cooked in coconut and curry leaves. Malabar biryani layered with charred pineapple and jeera samba rice. Chettinad curries built on roasted black pepper and stone flower. Food that is boldly spiced\, deeply rooted\, and made from scratch every day.\n \nThey opened in Westwood\, MA because that is home now and they wanted to share a piece of where they came from with the people around them!\n\n			\n				WILD FOX PIEROGI
