Irish folklore holds the pig and the goat in high regard. It tells us that they have a unique ability to see the wind and to accurately predict the weather. We like to think they would see and feel the same hope in the spring air that we feel. We’ll raise a glass in hopes that this weather, and the optimism it summons from us all – are here to stay.
This Session New England IPA checks in at 5% ABV. Dry hopped with Galaxy and Kohatu hops, it is light and hazy with big guava notes accompanied by the taste of peach ring candies.
