In the summer of 2022, Break Rock Brewing launched a new hard seltzer cocktail called “The Wall”. Checking in at 12% ABV, our production team and bar staff have worked to develop and trial different cocktail offerings for enjoyment in the taproom. Two fan favorites have been Raspberry Lime Rickey and Sangria!
Visitors to Break Rock Brewing’s taproom have long requested that we put these popular cocktails into cans. We listened! 12oz, 4-packs are now available in our Quincy taproom for purchase!
This 12% Cocktail Hard Seltzer is very unique to the beverage industry. So, we thought it deserved its own name and branding! Field & Wild Cocktail Hard Seltzers was born!
Tell us more!
Each Field & Wild recipe is crafted with thoughtfulness and a focus on a premium end product. We begin by brewing a 12% hard seltzer base. Our base seltzer is SUPER clean. A credit to our production team. Often with craft seltzers, you will easily detect off flavors and smells, not ours! Once we have our base brewed, we blend in real ingredients to hit the flavor profile we are seeking in some of your favorite bar cocktails! Oh, and it’s gluten-free!
Where can I get it?
Currently, you can find rotating versions of Field & Wild on draft at Break Rock Brewing in Quincy, MA. In addition, you are able to grab to-go cans from the taproom to take and enjoy at home, on the golf course, boat, or beach! We recommend enjoying them over ice. Garnish optional!
Will I be able to find this in stores?
Not currently. But we hope to have our products in stores soon!
Will Break Rock still have seltzers and serve “The Wall”?
Of course! Break Rock Brewing will still serve seltzer in our taproom. However, we are consolidating our seltzer program to our “Table Top” 5% seltzer and “The Wall” will now be known as “Field & Wild.”
