In the summer of 2022, shortly after we opened to the public, our valued guests expressed that Break Rock should produce and sell hard seltzers. We listened to you and got to work designing a seltzer. We are proud to offer our two core hard seltzer products shown below. These will typically be available on draft and in cans to go, in the taproom, for purchase.
All of our seltzers are GLUTEN FREE!
Table Top Hard Seltzer – 5% ABV
Designing and brewing Table Top, we wanted a lower ABV seltzer product that can be enjoyed in mass! We are constantly rotating the flavors on this seltzer offering. When you visit Break Rock we might have anywhere from 1-3 Table Top offerings on draft, in different flavors, at any given time. What’s your favorite?!
Field & Wild Cocktail Hard Seltzers – 12% ABV
A unique 12% Cocktail Hard Seltzer made with real and natural ingredients. Each Field & Wild recipe is crafted with thoughtfulness and a focus on a premium end product. We begin by brewing a SUPER clean hard seltzer base. A credit to our production team. Often with craft seltzers, you will easily detect off flavors and smells, not ours! Once we have our base brewed, we blend in premium ingredients to hit the flavor profile we are seeking in replicating some of your favorite cocktails!
