Our new sour ale is finally here! The USS Sour is golden in color with a naturally tart, but sweet, clean aroma. It’s complex sour taste is unique to the yeast strain used which has one modified gene- producing lactic acid as a byproduct of the fermentation. This gives the beer a naturally low pH and complex sour taste.
