Tim is our new Production Assistant. We managed to convince him to move up from Long Island where he grew up and worked for another brewery. Tim is most excited about checking out the Boston food scene and living in an area that has access to actual mountains to hike. Tim’s non-BRB desert island beer is “Big Wave”, a balanced and reliable Golden from @konabrewinghawaii
