THURSDAY IN STORES/BARS WOLLASTON RICE LAGER 5.2% ABV Our latest release in partnership with Quincy Is Everything, this lager pours golden and has a super light, refreshing body. Why is it called a Rice Lager? We used rice in the brewing process which helps provide that clean and crisp body we were looking for here. We also utilized sake yeast in fermentation, resulting in some beautiful but not overpowering lemon and fruit notes. The QIE beer series aims to develop a beer and label for each unique neighborhood of the Granite City, while raising funds for local charities. This label features the late, great Wollaston Theater which served as the gathering place and heart of Wollaston for decades.
