SUMMER IN THE SIERRA / West Coast IPA / 6.5% – Remember West Coast IPA? Our take is just the right amount of hop balanced on a malt forward body. Light bodied and bright. Azacca and Triumph hops put out enjoyable citrus,
pine, and earthy notes. Who’s the old dude on the label? What’s with the name? That is OG naturalist John Muir. The label draws inspiration from Muir’s book titled “First Summer In The Sierra”. His sketch drawings and highly descriptive writing of the Sierra and its landmarks were described as “blazing from the page”. We hope this beer blazes off our menu and into your memory.
HYDRAZILLA / New England IPA / 8% – NewZilla and Multihead hops (Hydra…see what we did there?) combine in this hazy NEIPA to infuse the brew with notes of guava, melon, apricot, and peach. A dry refreshing finish leaves you wanting another.
