TWO BEERS DROPPING just in time for the holiday! Beginning tomorrow, both will be available in the taproom on draft and in cans to go. OPENING SALVO NEIPA – 8% We heard you! Pumped to welcome back this OG. This beer features a heavy dose of both oats and wheat in the grain bill, giving it a medium body with a silky finish. We attack this beer with Citra, Amarillo, and Sabro hops…resulting in some intense citrus and fruit notes. When we packaged the beer, the scent of grapefruit and mango juice filled the brewery. TRIPEL TROUBLE BELGIAN TRIPEL – 10.1% The BEAST is back! At 10.1% this beer isn’t playing. But you won’t feel the heat from the ABV. A super clean ferment with big banana layers coming hard for your senses makes this beer (Tripel) trouble. Head Brewer & Co-Owner Vilija Bizinkauskas made sure she had this out and ready for your Thanksgiving. It’s her choice to enjoy with Thanksgiving dinner and family. Swing by the taproom tomorrow to pick up these tasty brews before you head to your holiday destination. You never want to arrive empty-handed, and now you don’t have to! You’ll see some new faces round the way. Allow us to introduce you to the new members of the crew! Matt (on the left) is our new Taproom Manager. A genuine South Shore kehd – born and raised! A Celtics fan first, we bet he can dribble left better than Jaylen Brown. Matt’s non-BRB desert island beer is “Pip”, a beautiful Pale Lager from @foxfarmbeer Tim is our new Production Assistant. We managed to convince him to move up from Long Island where he grew up and worked for another brewery. Tim is most excited about checking out the Boston food scene and living in an area that has access to actual mountains to hike. Tim’s non-BRB desert island beer is “Big Wave”, a balanced and reliable Golden from @konabrewinghawaii We are excited to have both Matt and Tim putting their hearts into Break Rock’s beer and atmosphere for you to enjoy!
