Grab your Captain’s hat, we have a new beer in the Marina 🛥 introducing the USS Sour… Our new sour ale is finally here! The USS Sour is golden in color with a naturally tart, but sweet, clean aroma. It’s complex sour taste is unique to the yeast strain used which has one modified gene- producing lactic acid as a byproduct of the fermentation. This gives the beer a naturally low pH and complex sour taste. It’s a hot one today, stop by to cool off with a BRB brew, fresh eats from @charcuterie_boards_and_beyond and live music from @matt_beckius

We spent the day kayaking with @nantasketkayaks and then headed over to @theparrothull for a drink and some lunch. (And of course we snuck a few Break Rock beers in during the day ) Cheers to an amazing staff that worked hard to help us open our doors earlier this year, and continues to show up and make Break Rock the place to be!
