Happy Lithuanian Independence Restoration Day! 🇱🇹 To celebrate we are dropping our new beer – “Baltic Harmony”. Brewed in collaboration with @samadamsbostontaproom @samueladamsbeer , this light ale was steeped with Birch leaves and rye and fermented with 2 lbs of fresh black currants and a unique yeast strain from Lithuania. This easy drinking golden ale bursts with natural flavors of passionfruit, orange, guava and slight tart black currant, balanced with a clean, subtle earthiness. Iki Dugno! Bottoms Up! Why birch and black currants? Black currants grow abundantly across the country of Lithuania. It is illegal to transport them into the United States as currants are known to choke out Birch trees. There is only one place they DO harmoniously grow together – Lithuania. Our Head Brewer is proud of her heritage so she used these two in the beer to showcase that harmony! Try this harmonious offering on draft and to go! CHEERS TO ONE YEAR! “Isn’t It Pretty To Think So” Italian Pilsner | 5.5% ABV Special release for our one-year anniversary and MA Beer Week! This delicate beer was brewed with Italian-grown malt and lemons. It pours a light straw color with brilliant clarity. A stable foam head will lace your glass and chase the beer all the way to the bottom. Crisp and refreshing, we are getting sweet honey, orange marmalade, and complementary bright lemon and citrus. Bonus points for anyone who gets the name reference without cheating. 😎 ✍️ Available on draft in the taproom and to go in 500mL wax-dipped bottles.
