About Break Rock Brewing
Break Rock Brewing is a waterfront brewery and taproom located in Quincy’s Marina Bay. We’re dedicated to brewing high-quality, approachable beers and creating a welcoming space for our community to gather. Whether it’s locals stopping in after work, friends meeting up for a pint, or visitors discovering Quincy’s shoreline, our goal is to serve great beer with genuine hospitality in a fun, relaxed environment.
In addition to our taproom, Break Rock regularly participates in festivals, tastings, beer gardens, and community events throughout the region. Our staff play an important role in representing our brand both in the taproom and out in the community.
Position Overview
We’re seeking part-time Taproom & Event Staff who are great with people, enjoy being part of a team, and bring a positive attitude to work every day to deliver a top-notch guest experience.
Taproom & Event Staff are the face of Break Rock Brewing—responsible for providing exceptional hospitality, pouring beer with care and accuracy, educating guests about our beers, and maintaining a welcoming taproom environment. In addition to taproom shifts, staff may assist with off-site events, festivals, and pop-up beer gardens, helping with setup, service, and breakdown.
At Break Rock Brewing, we believe great hospitality is just as important as great beer. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, creating memorable guest experiences, and contributing to a positive and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
Craft beer knowledge is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate. We’re interested in great people first, experience second.
