Black’s Creek BBQ was established in 2022 but has been in the works for a lifetime. Lorenzo grew up celebrating holidays, family gatherings and BBQing on the smoker with friends and family. Lorenzo was asked to help out last year when a food truck had canceled at a local event in Quincy and the rest is history in the making. After that event, and after securing all permits, licensing, and insurance Lorenzo began setting up at Black’s Creek in Quincy.
