As a country, we likely all have varying opinions or question the reason and aim of why these brave souls were put in a position to give their lives. But what is undeniably true, no matter the politics of the day – they showed up. They did their job. They gave it all. Because we asked them to. Now we pause to pay our respects. Please take a moment this Memorial Day and join us in celebrating and remembering the lives sacrificed in service to our country. Their sacrifice cannot be forgotten.
