Our Taproom Space Is Available for Charity Events and Fundraisers.

Are you looking for a unique and memorable venue to host your charity event or fundraiser? Our taproom is the perfect setting for a night of giving and celebration. With our selection of hand-crafted beers and stunning waterfront views, your guests are sure to have an unforgettable experience.

In addition, as part of our Community Cornerstones program, Break Rock Brewing co-hosts fundraisers in our taproom. A portion of sales from beer and merchandise that night, as well as night-of fundraising (raffles, silent auctions, etc), go directly to the participating charity. We also waive our room rental fee/minimum for all participating eligible non-profits and provide you with the space for a maximum of five hours, staff support, access to on-site audio/visual equipment (televisions, blue tooth microphone, speakers, etc), co-marketing leading up the event, and more. Depending on the event size and date, your event could be a portion of our taproom or the entire space. The outdoor patio may not be available depending on the date.

PLEASE NOTE: On Saturdays & Sundays, May-Sept, we can only book parties with a NOON or 1 PM start time. Wednesday through Friday we are flexible on start / end times!

**Please note: we do not book any party reservations with a start time after 1 pm on Saturdays or Sundays May – September.**

THE BASICS

  • Must book for a minimum of 30 people.
  • Reservations are 2 hours minimum and 4 hours maximum.
  • 20% gratuity will be automatically applied to all tabs for your party.
  • Between April 1 - Sept 30, events are subject to an event admin fee.
  • All events, regaurdless of time of year, are subject to a REFUNDABLE minimum spend deposit.
  • We offer draft beer, hard seltzer, cocktail seltzers, red/white/rose wine, hard cider, soda, soft seltzer, mocktails, and more. By law, no outside alcoholic beverages is allowed into the taproom.
  • Food: if we have a pop up scheduled that overlaps with your party, and you plan to provide food to your guests, you must utilize the in house pop up. Otherwise, using our preferred caterers!

What We Need From You

  • Please fill out the Event Request form on this page for consideration. An event manager will be in touch!
  • We book events on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Your date is not held until event waiver and fee (if applicable) are submitted.
